Testicles
The origin of testicles is from "Testis", from the Latin noun "witness". The word for these exclusively male genitals came from the common practice of sealing an oath by grasping one's own testicles and swearing on them, or to bear witness or "testify" on behalf of a friend by grasping one another's balls until the "testimony" was complete. The symbol (and genetic content) of a man's identity and virility live in his scrotum, a whisper soft sack of skin hanging just below the penis. Usually there are two testes, although one manages just fine, producing sufficient sperm and testosterone. Tender to the touch, the testicles can be any size, and are not necessarily proportionate to the adjunct penis. From large cherry fruits to kiwi size nuts, testicles come packed in skin that is smooth or rippled, shaved or furry. In cold or emotional discomfort, the scrotum contracts to protect the precious life force, holding the "family jewels" close to the body.

| "Blue balls" is a condition of painful arousal. As long as sexual stimulation remains, blood pumps into the scrotum to support an erect penis. The blood becomes trapped and cannot drain away, so the entire area can throb with pain. If someone accuses you of inspiring blue balls, here is a good move to alleviate their very real pain. Cup your hands around the scrotum, capturing one or both of the testicles in your palm. Open a "blowhole" between your thumb and finger, so that you can hum or tone through the opening. Take deep breaths and exhale slowly, allowing just enough air to escape to make sound, humming or making whatever type of noise you feel like exhaling. Try it gently and with constancy. The waves of sound travel at a frequency which actually affects matter, so this type of a "hummer" can transfer very sexy, very healing energy. By varying the tightness of your grip, you can create a very strong vibration. Of course, you can always be a good sport and add a little hand job after the toning, just to make sure blood is happily circulating in all possible areas. |
