G Spot
Not always easy to find, the G-Spot is located about halfway between the top of a woman's cervix and the bottom of her pubic bone. This tiny circle of nerve tissue (1" - 1.5" across) can most easily be located with an index finger inserted deep into the vagina towards a woman's bellybutton. Press one or two fingers into the front wall of her vagina while curling your fingers as if tickling the chin of a baby. G-spot vibrators are so called because of this same curve, which allows stimulation on the anterior (belly button side) wall of the vagina. This hard-to-find spot of spongy tissue can swell just prior to orgasm, making it easier to locate. In some women, the G spot can emit clear fluids during orgasm, hence "female ejaculation".

| In his clinical practice during the 1950's Dr. Ernest Grafenberg found yet another mystery of woman, the "G spot" (named in his honor). My own personal "blue sky" spot made itself known to me during gentle finger-exploration from a lover who was determined to find it first. You'll probably want to do the same, find it first with your fingers, and then try other positions which emphasize touching the clitoris, like rear entry and woman on top. |
