Double Penetration
In most adult circles, this describes sex where two guys "sandwich" a gal, one penetrating her anus while the other penetrates her vagina. This is usually accomplished with her sitting on guy one (his penis in her vagina), and then guy two (carefully) enters her anus from behind. Although some purists may disagree, double penetration can also apply to any two in one situation, as in two penises in one vagina or anus, or a penis in the mouth with a second penis inserted somewhere below.
