Beauty
Beauty is the sum of qualities that provide pleasure to the senses of the observer. It is a condition of response to external stimuli wherein the mind's normal chatter is stopped by an awestruck double take and the spectator is smitten with a single look. There have been so many ideals of beauty across different cultures and time periods that it is impossible to single out one type as consistently most attractive. Health is universally appealing, as are well spaced, symmetrical features, graceful movements and a proud, upright posture.
